| Why I’m Part of Bloomy.earth | 🇬🇧 English version I created Bloomy Earth to give real meaning to climate action — to connect people and organizations to tangible, measurable projects that truly make a difference. After launching Scrum-Master.org, a platform that helps people grow in their careers, I wanted to build something that helps the planet grow too. Bloomy Earth is that bridge between technology and nature, between digital innovation and real impact. Every tree planted tells a story — a story of purpose, connection, and change. 🇫🇷 Version française J’ai créé Bloomy Earth pour redonner du sens à l’action climatique — pour relier les personnes et les entreprises à des projets concrets, mesurables et porteurs d’impact réel. Après avoir lancé Scrum-Master.org, une plateforme qui aide les gens à grandir dans leur parcours professionnel, j’ai eu envie de créer quelque chose qui fasse aussi grandir la planète. I’ve spent years helping teams and organizations grow through Agile thinking, and I realized the same principles apply to our planet: inspect, adapt, improve. Bloomy Earth was born from that belief — that real change starts small, with simple, transparent actions we can all take. Planting trees isn’t the goal, it’s the beginning of a mindset shift toward responsibility and hope. 🇫🇷 Version française Pour moi, la durabilité n’est pas un mot à la mode — c’est un état d’esprit.
